From dispatch – Estimated Delivery within 2 to 6 business days.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Pay $16.95 or spend $135 and upgrade to Express for only $11.00.

From dispatch – Estimated Delivery within 1 to 3 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We charge $35 international shipping on all orders with a location outside of Australia. We use Australia Post for our international shipping. You can generally expect to receive your parcel within 4 to 12 business days from dispatch. This does exclude the below countries:

New Zealand - $30 AUD

Please note, this charge is for transport costs only and does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of your destination country. Mad House Mums does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.

ENSURE A SAFE DELIVERY

Please do include a company name if you are requesting a delivery to a business address. Please ensure you are delivering to a safe address where your parcel cannot be intercepted. Risk in the goods you purchase pass to you on the date and time of delivery of the goods to the delivery address provided in your order. Mad House Mums will not take responsibility if your order is lost or subsequently goes missing after it has been deemed delivered by the carrier. The associated risk in leaving goods unattended in these circumstances is borne by you.

DELIVERY TIMES

Mad House Mums uses third party delivery services such as Australia Post or DHL couriers. This means delivery times after dispatch are subject to those third party services which are outside our control. All delivery timeframes are estimates only and we will not be liable for any loss, expense, or other damage caused by any delay in delivery.

ORDER COMMUNICATION

Once an order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an emailed invoice followed by an email containing tracking information. Once an order has been placed you cannot amend or cancel your order. Once an order has been placed you cannot change the payment method used to place that order.

Returns:

We understand what it's like to shop online, that's why we offer a FULL 14 DAY returns and exchange policy from the date of purchase.

Our goal is to make it as easy as possible for you. Let's face it, you've likely got enough on your plate right now, either being heavily pregnant or adjusting to life with a new born. We don't want you stressing about making contact within the first few days of receiving your order, or trekking down to the local post office with a new baby just to get your order sent back on time!

Note returns are only valid for 30 days, and item is not returned, your return will be closed.

PLEASE NOTE:

Please ensure items are in their original packaging, unwashed and unworn, tags attached and no marks or damage to the items.
We do not provide refunds or exchanges.
Any items purchased during a promotion are eligible for an exchange, however store credit will be issued for any items that are returned for a refund.
If you are returning an item, you will be liable for the return postage.
If you’re returning an item because it doesn’t fit, and are unsure of what size you should order, please use our size guide (located in product photos) for help or email us your measurements and we will ship you the right size!
WE URGE YOU TO TRY ON ALL OF YOUR GARMENTS BEFORE WASHING AS EACH ITEM CAN FIT DIFFERENTLY.
To avoid disappointment, as we do sell out of items quickly, we suggest you make a new purchase of the correct items/sizes online ASAP and send your original order back for a refund. Alternatively, buy two sizes and send back the one that doesn't fit.
We will refund the full price of your item/order, only If you're returning your item as a result of our error (or you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will pay the return shipping costs.
We do not provide refunds for “change of mind”
There will be no refunds on Pre Order Items, however a credit can be requested.
