Is the tees all the same fit and size?
No, each tee is made differently, please ensure you read the description of the item before you purchase.
When will I receive my "Pre Order" item?
You will receive your pre order item within approximately 4 weeks from purchase date and you will receive regular updates via email.
Do you Ship Internationally?
Yes we do, Selection at Checkout.
How will I know which size will fit me best?
All items are true to size. Refer to the sizing chart and item for fit type and to compare the measurements in the chart.
Be sure to read the product’s description details. If an item fits a certain way or if there is anything important you should know, we will mention it here.
Do not use the model as a body shape guide. You are you, and you are beautiful!
What currency are your prices in?
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD)
How fast is your shipping internationally?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, we estimate you will receive your delivery within 3-8 business days of its ship date. Shipping sometimes vary, but we work our hardest to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Will I be sent a physical gift card?
No, this is an E-Gift Card only, it will be emailed directly to your nominated email recipient.
Can I use a discount to purchase an e-gift card?
No, you are not able to use any discounts when purchasing a gift card.
Can a discount be used when purchasing items with my e-gift card?
Yes, normal discounts apply when using your e-gift card. You can only use one discount per cart so no discount will be applied to already reduced items, bundles and other discounted lines.
How accurate are your sizes?
We never want to send you something that doesn't fit properly but it may be unavoidable because of slight differences in item sizing between manufacturers so we have a size chart available on most of our product pages. If you cannot locate the sizes for a particular item, please use the contact us page at the bottom of this page for further assistance before purchasing.
How do I know if I have a pre order item?
Each listing on our website will let you know in the product description if you are looking at a Preorder item. The description of an item is an important paragraph that assists you in choosing your item. Its important that you read this information prior to ordering as we cannot alter nor refund any preorder items if you simply may have missed the description.
I have in stock and pre order items, will you ship the in stock first?
If you have both preorder items and in stock items, all items will be shipped together.
